[How to use and precautions]

1. When printing at a low speed, the viscosity of the ink can be adjusted to a height of about 3.25 to 30 seconds, and a viscosity of 0.80 M/minute or higher cannot be too high for about 3.22 seconds.
2. Diluent is mainly composed of benzene-based ketones, do not use alcohol-alkane solvents to maintain ink stability, and various characteristics.
3. PVC products, if there is abnormal stability, or when the plasticizer is severely removed, it will affect the adhesion of VD ink and the back sticking after printing.
4. High-frequency processing products, please pay attention to the selection, non-conductive black and specified pearlescent pigments to prevent conductive sparks, 501, 901, 902, are conductive colors, do not use.
5. Special colors such as: 314, 315, 316 red, 225, 215 yellow, the unit price is high, but all kinds of properties are very good, especially the optical rotation resistance is not easy to change color in 1-3 years have special requirements, please rest assured that use.
6. When printing with high color tone, do not use inorganic colors in the yellow series to prevent color differences in printing.
VII. This product will not have floating color, color separation, etc. If slight, it is still possible. Floating tube (PE blowing tube) can be eliminated in the ink tank.
8. PVC is low in temperature (below 10 degrees Celsius) and the softness is not good. In the printing, there may be inconveniences such as uneven ink transfer.
9. This product is not suitable for long-term freezing and freezing. Please use PV. PA series for cold-resistant products.
