First, the method of sealing
Although the sealing is the last process, it is very important to be able to create a perfect seal for the future sealing during maintenance. The author adopts the following method: capillary connection is used between the high and low temperature test chamber compressor maintenance process port and the three-way maintenance watch valve. Since the diameter of the capillary is relatively small, in the case of sealing, the high and low temperature test chamber is started first, and after a few minutes, the capillary to be broken is heated by the welding torch, and when the capillary is red, the sealing clamp is used to flatten the portion in time, and the wire is clamped off. The capillary tube can be sealed by breaking the electrode.
Note that when the capillary and the maintenance process tube are connected, the capillary should be inserted into the maintenance process port by about 1.5~2 cm, and the process port is flattened with pliers, so that it is difficult to plug the capillary.
Second, the method of adding fluoride
Before the fluorine is added, the three-way repair valve terminated by the high and low temperature test chamber condenser may be closed, or it may be directly sealed by the above sealing method. The author recommends that after the addition of fluoride, confirm that everything is normal when sealing (Note: it is best to seal in the state of shutdown after adding fluoride). The fluorine is added by the weighing method, and the amount indicated by the high and low temperature test chamber is referred to by the table, and 5 to 10 grams can be added. When there is no table, the observation method can also be used to observe the frosting distance of the compressor low-pressure return pipe, which should be normal between 10~20cm from the compressor.
