1. Nitrogen protection full UV drying technology in the printing industry:
Process route and parameters: Before using the UV ink printing material in the gravure printing process, the surface of the printing material is purged with oxygen-free gas before entering the drying zone, so that it is in the ultraviolet drying oven filled with the protective gas N2. Drying is carried out to prevent the ink from reacting with air during the drying process, avoiding the addition of antioxidants, and reducing the use and discharge of VOCs from the source.
Main technical indicators: During the working process of nitrogen protection full UV nine-color gravure printing machine, the concentration of VOCs in the workshop is up to 0.15mg/m3 without pumping.
Technical features: UV drying technology solves the problem that UV ink can not be completely dried on gravure printing machine; it can not only reduce VOCs emissions, but also reduce the energy consumption of drying process.
