First, recognize the operation panel of the binding machine
Warm-up/Wait indicator:
After pressing the power switch to “Iâ€, the power is turned on and the machine starts to warm up.
Thermostat / Ready indicator:
When the binding heating plate reaches the working temperature or a document binding is completed today, the buzzer beeps and the green constant temperature indicator lights up.
Start / Star button:
After placing the document to be bound in the binding heating tank, press this button, the green thermostat indicator will be off, the heating panel will start to heat the binding, and the red preheating indicator will light up at the same time.
Steps:
Turn on the power, press the power switch to the “I†position, the red “preheat/Wait†indicator on the left side of the operation panel lights up, and the machine starts warming up. After about 3 minutes, when the binding heating plate reaches the working temperature, the red “Preheat/Wait†indicator goes out, the “Constant/Ready†indicator on the right side of the operation panel lights up, and the machine enters the work preparation state according to the thickness of the bound document. A hot-melt envelope of the corresponding specification is placed and the document is placed in the envelope.
3. Put the neat file envelope into the binding heating tank, press the “Start/Star†button on the operation panel, the green thermostat indicator will go out, the red preheat indicator on the left will light up, and the machine will start to heat the binding. After 45 seconds, the red warm-up indicator is off, the green constant temperature indicator lights up, and a buzzer beep alarm is issued. At this point, the file has completed the heating binding step.
