One: host troubleshooting

(1), the display screen is not bright

(1) Processing method of paper jam

Please clean up the debris in the paper slot, re-install the paper, enter the menu, select "Print" - "Reprint Last Trade", and re-print the voucher.

(2) Printing out the voucher is a blank processing method

This type of situation generally occurs on thermal printers because of the reverse of the print paper. Please replace the side of the re-installed paper, enter the menu, select "Print" - "Reprint Last transaction", re-print the voucher.

(3) The transaction is completed but the purchase order is not printed.

Go to the menu and select "Print" - "Reprint Last Trade" to reprint the voucher.

Network registration failed

1. Confirm that the machine is fully charged. If the power is insufficient, the signal may be bad.
