The operation flow setting of the aseptic homogenizer is as follows:

1. Connect the power cord to the socket on the back of the sterile homogenizer and plug it into an external power outlet. Turn on the power switch. The LCD displays the factory settings and the sterile homogenizer is automatically in standby.

2. Check that the sterile homogenizer door along the groove is buckled to the crossbar at the bottom of the homogenizer tank. Turn the handle to open the door to the maximum. Place the homogenized bag containing the sample and solvent in the homogenizer. The lower edge of the homogenizer bag is not lower than the hammer plate. The edge of the homogenizer bag mouth exposes the door cover, and the edge of the bag cannot be corrugated, and then the door switch is turned. After hearing the "drip" sound (at this time the LCD screen should show "closed door"), indicating that the door is closed. At this time, the door and the upper rail press and hold the homogeneous bag and seal it.

3. Hold the upper edge of the homogenizer bag with your left hand and open the homogenizer door with your right hand. Remove the homogenizer bag and complete the work. If the sample is contaminated, apply a special tool to extract the homogenized bag.

4, according to the need to homogenize the sample selection panel speed and time, each key will have a "click" sound prompts. Click the “Settings” setting button. At this time, the number of times the LCD screen M1 and the number of taps flashes, indicating that it enters the setting state, and continuously press the setup button, the number of M1 taps - M1 taps minutes - M1 taps seconds - M2 taps - M2 tapping minutes - M2 tapping seconds - M3 tapping times - M3 tapping minutes - M3 tapping seconds - exit. When pressing “SET” key to the parameter to be adjusted, press the increase or decrease key, the parameter will be adjusted accordingly. Long press 1S or more, the number will increase or decrease continuously. If you want to exit after setting M1, you can Direct "reset" button to exit. After setting, press “Continuous/Cycle” key, M1-M2-M3-Cycle-M1 switch. After adjusting the required parameters, press ON/STOP to display the LCD. The machine will run according to the displayed number of taps and time. The time of the parallel operation will be accumulated in seconds. When the set time is reached, the LCD is paused and the machine stops working. Press the start/stop button again to run again. If you are in cycle mode, the LCD will automatically display the M2 parameter after the M1 time has elapsed and run the M2 parameter. After running the M3 parameter, the “嘀---” long tone will be displayed. The sterile homogenizer stopped working. During the operation, there is a door opening action, the liquid crystal display opens the door, and enters a pause state. After closing the door, press “ON/STOP” again to start work. In the pause state, press and hold the reset button for more than 1s. The “嘀--” long tone will be returned to “0”.

5. For safety reasons, all operating procedures are locked and automatically stopped when the flap door is opened. When the sterile homogenizer door is opened during operation, the aseptic homogenizer automatically stops working and the LCD screen displays the current status to prevent pinching of the fingers.

6. If the device needs to pause or terminate the operation midway during work, press the “ON/STOP” button (the LCD screen should display the current status), and the hammering board will stop working.
