Overpacking companies will be included in the "blacklist"

In order to counteract this phenomenon, the “Implementation Opinions of the General Office of the People’s Government of Anhui Province on Implementing the Measurement Development Plan (2013~2020)” has recently been put forward to quantify the targets for social public measurement standards and faith measurement demonstration units.

In the future, our province will focus on supporting the construction of social public measurement standards in key areas such as food safety, energy saving, and emission reduction. By 2020, the province will need to achieve a coverage rate of more than 95% of measurement standards, standards, and traceable sources, and social public measurement standards. Achieve 3000 items and nurture 3,000 faithfulness measurement demonstration units.

The province will also strengthen the supervision of measurement instruments in key areas, establish a system of credit measurement, credit information collection and publication, and the “black list” system for dishonesty, severely investigate and use high-tech means to engage in measurement of illegal acts, and severely crack down on the falsification of energy efficiency labels and excessive packaging of goods.
