3. Hot stamping, pressing concave and convex, die cutting and indentation process

In the production process of cosmetic packaging cartons, printing, laminating, and glazing papers often need to be stamped on bright film, matte film or water-based varnish, and occasionally need to be stamped on the surface of UV varnish. In this case, pay attention to the tightness of the hot stamping text (test tape can be used for testing).

The edge of the hot stamping image should be clear, there should be no burrs, and the small parts should not be hot or leaky. 4. Manual processing

First of all, the production environment should be clean and try to be done in the GMP clean room.
