At the end of last year, the China Association of Athletics announced 202 event companies, but according to incomplete statistics, there are no less than 200 racing companies in Jiangsu and Zhejiang alone. So, what kind of reasons does the marathon develop so fast? Apart from the country's policies and the entry of private capital, we, as event organizers, need to excavate this event or event, to one person and one to the other. What kind of special value does the city have?
However, at the time of the rapid development of the marathon, there was also a problem in the market: the quality of the events began to become uneven, and the relatively large issues that occurred in any event would affect the entire industry. Therefore, our initial intention is to perfect this system and let the quality of the event quickly catch up with the development of the number of events.
The development of international marathons is mostly bottom-up. The development of China's marathon is mostly top-down, so it gives more political appeal to a game, which makes many decision-makers may not understand Marathon.
In the same way, we also ignored the issue when we promoted the competition: Everyone talks about the game from beginning to end, tells his own story, speaks for himself, talks about himself. We seem to have forgotten that the sport that should be advertised is itself.

2. Marathon as a unique sporting event When it comes to event planning and positioning, the world's six slams should be the most prestigious and classic events. These competitions can be said to be the highest level of the marathon.

These all have the potential to be unique to our events and are issues to be considered at the beginning of the program.

3. What are the basic principles of the event's scale, event organization, and competition organization in the event organization? What are the most critical areas that cannot be ignored? From the time of registration to the timing of the event to security, what are the basic aims of these jobs and how can they be classified? ?
Among the indispensable factors are: security, medical care, volunteers, track, replenishment, registration. In terms of competition organization, safety guarantees, fair competition, player services and reduction of excessive consumption of social resources are the basic principles for a qualified marathon event organization.
About choosing our target group
What kind of target group you are facing will determine how you will formulate countermeasures in the future.
Differences in groups may make the overall process different. For example, runners and serious runners, their demands are completely different. Some events may target local tour groups, making them more popular with families, friends and couples. Because they may not be able to complete the course with professional players, but if the event itself is located in a relaxed game, then they can fully enjoy the marathon, while also promoting local tourism and consumption.
About project settings
The whole course, half-way, ten-kilometer, mini, family run... This is the setting of most of the current domestic projects. We think that the project setting is roughly the same, and there is almost no place for innovation. But is this really the case?
In May 2015, I participated in the Prague Marathon. This is my first time to go to the country to run a marathon. Shi: When you started the 24-hour relay race, from what perspective would you like to start this event?
Qiu: We think that running more and more is a good social scene. However, for many running activities, everyone participates individually. Although there will be a running group during normal training, it is still a personal battle to run a marathon. So we think about whether it is possible to run with my friends, colleagues or runners for a common honor. It is not only able to display the individual's running ability, but also to win a special honor together in the entire collective, so that the collective becomes more close and united. So team participation is the starting point of this tournament.

The third feature is that it is a relay race. Everybody must go on the track. It doesn't matter if they run for a few laps. But every team and everyone needs to run on the track.
