2) Multi-color sheetfed offset presses have poor stability and reliability, and they cannot substitute for imports. Some varieties still rely on imports;
3) CNC technology and digital printing technology have a wide gap with foreign countries, and they are totally dependent on imports.
4) Zero-speed tying machine, alcohol wet system, pneumatic and electrical components, frequency converters, programmable controllers, etc. mainly rely on imports;
5) Automatic washing, automatic printing, pneumatic brakes and other supporting devices are still dependent on imports.
3. Development Trends of Foreign Printing Machine Production From the introduction of foreign printer manufacturing enterprises in recent years, the mechanical manufacturing process of printing presses has matured. In addition to non-axis technology and seamless technology, the design and manufacturing of equipment have not been apparent in the near future. breakthrough. At the same time, digitalization has become the mainstream of printer manufacturing. Now, computer technology has been widely used in printing equipment. The control system and detection system of the printing press have been fully automated. Digital printing technology and digital plate making technology are becoming more and more mature. The traditional technology is gradually being replaced by the digital workflow and personalized printing. The time has come.
In terms of corporate dynamics, large foreign companies have adopted mergers and reorganizations to develop system suppliers in order to realize the goal of providing customers with all-round services. In the past, it was difficult for China's printer manufacturers to go alone with these foreign companies. Now that they have developed into aircraft carrier giants, if domestic companies do not take effective countermeasures as soon as possible, in the future it may be a problem to survive.
