Features

1. Mineral water plant machinery delivers no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping, a high degree of automatization and simple man-machine operation display screen.
2. Mineral Water Bottling Plant adopts the air feeding device, with clamp hanging the bottle neck, the feed speed is very quick and the bottle will not be deformed.
3.Adopting advanced bottle neck technology to wash bottle mouth, it avoids the contact with the thread nipple, which is more sanitary.
4. Mineral Water plant machinery uses bottleneck technology in bottle conveying, there is no need to adjust the height, but only to change the shield related with the bottle diameter.
5.Using a new type high-speed flow filling valve and cylinder-feed structure, the capping is correct and reliable. French advanced technology is used in capping of Mineral Water Bottling Plant. Cap sorter is installed in a lower position, sending cap in a level position.
