Too much vacuum or pressure

Measure to reduce vacuum or pressure Decrease the brake pressure on the paper tray Reduce the tension on the take-up unit The pre-regulator roller has too many wrap angles or the running speed is inaccurate. The paper roller roller bearing is damaged. The stretch lever position is too low.

the reason

The brake tension on the core paper is too small. The core paper is too wet. The glue volume is insufficient. The core paper roll is not round.
The paper holder or the paper holder clamp arms are not parallel or the paper web edge on the roller is too tight, resulting in uneven web tension

Measure

Increase brake tension to reduce steam injection, increase preheater wrap angle to increase paste volume Use clip holder to adjust paper roll, or change paper roll to adjust to parallel, or use an adjustable tension roller to ensure a uniform web tension
