Therefore, how to use reasonable production process operations to reduce production costs and improve product qualification rates is an urgent need to be solved in production. problem. For this purpose, the production and process of wax printing products are discussed as follows:

1. Process flow

Singeing → desizing → scouring → bleaching → open-baking drying → mercerizing → naphthol base-rolling → ink wax coloration → rejection wax pattern → dyeing color wax pattern → dewaxing caustic washing → scrolling → two-color printing → steaming Chemical → Washing → Stretching → Calendering → Products

2. Pre-treatment main process conditions and precautions:

According to the company's existing production equipment, it can adopt two methods: flat pre-treatment and rope-shaped “J” pre-treatment. It is now introduced as a rope pre-treatment.

1.1 Singeing:

Singeing method: two positive and two negative; singeing should be net, weak alkali water fire.

2.2 scouring:

Remove the cotton fiber impurities and the wax on the weaving, so that the cotton fiber to obtain better water absorption. The scouring should be thorough so that the hair effect reaches 12→14 cm/30 minutes.

2.2.1 process conditions:

Alkaline liquid → steaming → alkali rolling → steaming → water washing Alkali composition: scouring agent 5 g/L
NaOH 25→30 g/L
Saponified pine perfume 30 g/L
Steaming time 8 hours, temperature 100→102°C

2.2.2 Notes:

A. Saturated steam is used to prevent the surface fabrics from drying out and the cotton fabrics suffer from brittleness.

B. Using saponified pine perfume formed by dewaxing caustic soda scouring, not only reduces costs, but also reduces the discharge of polluted water, and has long-term benefits.

After C steaming, the residue on the fabric should be fully washed away so that the fabric can reach 12→14 cm/30 minutes.

2.3 Bleaching:

The pigment on the fabric is removed, and the vividness and brightness of the fabric color are improved during the dyeing and printing processes.

2.3.1 Process Conditions:

Padding rinsing solution (effective chlorine 3.5g/L, pH: 10.5) → stacking (at room temperature for 45 minutes) → pickling (H2SO42.5g/L) → stacking (at room temperature for 15 minutes) → washing.

2.3.2 Precautions:

A. Prior to pickling, observe the removal of pigment from the fabric, whichever is the net.

B. Chloride stacking should be done with pickling and washing to avoid reducing fabric strength and preventing fiber damage.

C. Strengthen pickling and washing to prevent dechlorination and yellowing of fabrics.

2.4 mercerizing:

Gives the fabric a good gloss and dimensional stability, improves the fabric's ability to absorb dyes, and uses a dry cloth.

Alkaline (260→280g/L)→Tension ventilation→Alkaline (190g/L)→Radiation washing→Efficient steam alkali removal (95°C or more)→Fully washed→Dry
