Bogomar, Italy launches new electronic filling machine
Recently, Bogo Maggio of Italy developed and launched the CX Fillstar filling machine, which will play an important role in the beverage industry.
The CXFillstar new container back pressure electronic filling machine is a latest technological innovation project developed by Bogoma under the principle of electromagnetic flow meter. It is a versatile filling system capable of handling a wide range of bottle sizes and products with the highest product packaging quality and operational safety.
An annular tank is installed on the filling carousel, and the filling valve can handle various clear liquid products or liquid products with slurry and food fiber. Pneumatic control valve can be used to complete a number of filling operations. All operating parameters can be stored and extracted on the operating screen in front of the unit.
The CX Fillstar type filling tray is equipped with an external model bottle device at each filling valve for flexible insertion and removal of the model bottle. If this accessory is installed on the side of the filling tray, a separate model bottle can be used. The device can be CIP-cleaned with 121°C hot water. It is recommended to use the same diameter of the bottleneck. When changing the bottle size, it is not necessary to stop operation.
