Jetrion launches new wide-format solvent-based ink

Jetrion LLC recently introduced a new wide-format solvent-based ink for Xaar printers to print outdoor products such as billboards, exterior signs, buses, and architectural advertising.

Jetrion 6500 solvent-based inks are available in four colors, six colors and Hexachrome, which improve printer performance by increasing the printhead opening time, reducing nozzle clogging, and reducing printhead maintenance. The Jetrion 6500 ink extends the life of the printhead while printing on substrates such as vinyl, synthetics and paper.

Jetrion's manager, Dr. Ken Stack, said: “Our wide-format inks can extend the color gamut of the printer to meet the requirements of its reproduction of increasingly complex wide-format images. This well-configured ink can significantly improve the printer. Reliability and print head life, which saves customers on production costs.”
