Cryovac® OS Packaging Technology

Cryovac's OS Packaging is used to package FIexplay's limited-play DVDs. FIexplay's DVD uses a layer of oxidation-resisting plastic (0SP) film as the packaging. When the packaging is removed, the DVD's usage time begins to enter the timing stage. The disc is initially red and uses the same as the normal DVD, but it will be in contact with oxygen. Gradually darkened and completely lost its usefulness after 48 hours. The use of such a disc eliminates the customer's trouble of backing up and retrieving the disc. There is no problem of arrears due to the delay in renting the disc and there is no case where the disc is scratched. Anti-oxidation packaging provides effective protection for this type of DVD.
