Le Bid launches pelletizers designed for polymer plastics

Rapid Granulator AB of Sweden launched GranuMATIC, a granulator series developed for the plastic industry for the first time. Its excellent tool durability and cutting efficiency, greatly improve the uniformity of the pellets and can effectively reduce operating costs.

GranuMATIC products are divided into three types according to the feed port width. Each GranuMATIC granulator can be equipped with a variety of special equipment to suit different requirements such as injection molding, blow molding, extrusion and thermoforming.

The GranuMATIC pelletizer has a unique PolyCUT cutting system that is not as sensitive to drive energy as it is for pelletizers that are not plastic materials (excessive energy consumption). It guarantees clean and efficient cutting and thus allows the user to obtain uniform At the same time, the pellets greatly reduce frictional heat, reduce energy consumption and achieve longer tool life.

Another notable feature of the GranuMATIC® granulator is the FlexiPUSH hydraulic feed unit. It not only has a self-cleaning action but also absorbs impact stresses during cutting.
