First, draw a cross rule line around the four corners of the manuscript or attach a transparent “10” tape. The cross rule line is used for color mapping, plate making and printing. So the reticle is drawn with a small linear pen and requires fine and accurate. Lines that are too thick will result in inaccurate patterns, so the finer the lines, the better (0.1 to 0.2mm).

Prepare a polyester transparent image that is larger than the original (For surface treatment, the processed film is easy to be inked during drawing, and the stretchability is small, so it is suitable for high-precision color registration) Then, the transparent polyester sheet was fixed on the original document with a piece of adhesive tape to be painted.

The selection of ink is based on the fact that the ink is thick on the transparent sheet, and it is not sticky after drying and does not peel off. The "Yideko" high-quality ink sold on the market can meet the above requirements. When using other brands of ink, in order to prevent cracking, peeling, you can add a little glycerin or sugar in the ink, it should be noted that too much glycerol is not easy to dry. In addition, it can also use advanced ink depiction, and the effect is good.
