1 Printing

CMYK inks of each color appear as a series of dots of different sizes when printed. Each color point is arranged at a certain angle to visually produce all printable colors. The arrangement of dots for each color is called a screen in printing.
2 Network line frequency screen is the point of each color, arranged by a certain angle. The number of arrangement lines per unit length is the network frequency.
The cable frequency is the number of lines per inch.

2 color mode

1 RGB mode is additive mode. When the RGB three colors are equal, it is gray. Most of the visible light is obtained through the gamut of RGB color gamut.
2 CMYK mode is a subtraction mode. CMY and RGB are complementary colors. Since CMY cannot form black in practice, it is necessary to add black outside to form CMYK.
The CMYK mode has a smaller color gamut than the RGB mode, so its color is far less vivid than RGB.

3 spot colors

Spot color is a pigment used in the printing process, printing only one color. It can be a color in the CMYK color space or a color outside the color space.
Spot colors can be used in the following situations:
(1) To save money in single-color or two-color printing tasks.
(2) When designing or printing logos or other graphics that require precise color matching.
(3) Printing inks of special colors, such as metallic, fluorescent, or pearlescent colors.

3 Color Management

1 Select the monitor from the drop-down menu.
2 Select the printer from the printer drop-down menu.
3 Select the color management system CMS from the engine drop-down menu.
4 The following options are available from the Expected mode menu:
(1) Sensual (image)
(2) saturated (image)
(3) Relative colorimetry (4) Absolute colorimetry
5 If you want to print out the colors on the screen, you can select the option to "imprint the colors on the screen."

4 Document Information

The document information contains important printed information such as objects, colors, and fonts. Before the document is delivered for printing, the document information is saved, viewed and printed with any text editor, and handed to the printer along with the document.

5 color separation

Printing a color document on a printing press must first be broken down into the CMYK primary colors and any spot colors to be applied. This process is called color separation.
1 Postscript Printer Description File (PPD)
This file contains information about the output device, including available page size, resolution, available screen frequency, and screen angle.
Bleeding refers to the amount of work that overflows outside of the printed border or crop marks and trim marks.
The default amount of bleeding is 18 pounds. The amount of bleeding can be set from 0 - 72 lbs.
2 Separation If there is no spot color, it will be printed in four colors of CMYK. When there is a spot color, select the “Change to process color” box and the spot color will be converted into four colors of CMYK for processing. Otherwise it will be printed five times.
3 Set the network frequency according to the output quality, select the network frequency.

5 Overprinting By default, top-level objects in Illustrator's artwork are printed, clearing the color of the underlying objects, and printing only the colors of the top-level objects. Misalignment can result in white leaks.
When the top-level object is black, you can choose to overprint, that is, do not clear the color of the underlying object.
