Nowadays, the use of glue (wholesale and confrontation) in China is more confusing, and there are probably two types of compounding:

1, the use of oxidized starch and water glass adhesive

This kind of rubber is cheap and sticky, so it is still used in some low-grade packaging and low-cost manufacturers. However, due to the strong alkalinity of this type of plastic, sometimes the packaging is yellow, soft, absorbs moisture and changes. Brittleness, which affects the printing surface of inks, occurs from time to time and is a low-grade viscose that should be eliminated.

2, using polyvinyl acetate emulsion modified plastic

This type of adhesive is an environmentally friendly adhesive with high adhesive strength and fast drying. Now it is widely used, but the price is high and it is also divided into high middle and low grades. Generally speaking, the higher the price, the higher the strength and the lower the water content. The general quality of the packaging box used for this type of high quality adhesive

1. The product appears warping phenomenon. The main reason for this is the fact that too many sheets of stickers cause the glue on the edge of the cardboard to dry and do not stick. It is usually more appropriate to crush 20 sheets.

2, the product's humidity is too high (especially for the gold card flat stickers). It is mainly due to the poor penetration and loss of water in gold paperboard, whereas the ordinary flat glue has higher moisture content. We usually use quick-drying adhesives or spread the product into the sun.

3. The products that are tiled or flattened appear to have yellowed for a long time when the air is exposed to high humidity. This is mainly due to the fact that some manufacturers use water glass adhesives or starch gums that contain too much alkalinity. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of the product, we should use a good quality flat and corrugated plastic.

4, some packaging products delamination phenomenon, mainly due to the strength of the adhesive is not enough, it is recommended to use some of the regular manufacturers of products, so that can not only ensure the strength, reduce humidity, increase stiffness, improve the quality of packaging products and grades.

Commonly used adhesive models and characteristics

1,810 paper/plastic sealing glue

This product has good brushing property, fast drying speed, flexible film, good adhesion to the film surface or glazing surface, high bonding strength, good resistance to cold and heat, no explosion of the product, no film brittleness . It is mainly used for the bonding of edges and bottoms of paper products, laminating, calendering and other products. Can be used for hand or machine coating.

2,812 plastic/plastic sealing glue

This product is a solvent-based product. The film is flexible, the initial viscosity is fast, and it has good adhesion to the film surface or glazing surface. It has high bonding strength and good resistance to cold and heat. The product does not burst and the film is not brittle. , Mainly used for paper products, laminating, polishing and other products of the seam and the bottom of the bond and film / film adhesion. Suitable for hand brushing and higher bonding requirements.

3, 818UV light special sealing glue

The film of this product is flexible and has good permeability to the glazing surface, high bonding strength, good brushing properties, and the product does not burst, and the film is not brittle. It is mainly used for the bonding of UV polishing and other multi-swivel boxes. It can also be used for the bonding of the edges and bottoms of paper products and laminating products. It is suitable for hand or machine coating.

4, water-soluble adhesive film

This product is non-toxic and non-corrosive, flexible film, good infiltration of BOPP or PE film, good ink extraction, good brightness. With no reaction of gold and color, the repellent product has good solvent resistance and pressure resistance. It is mainly used for the composite of BOPP and PE, which has strong water absorbency such as plastic sheet paper, and it is suitable for solvent laminating machine and water laminating machine.

5, 610 paper quick glue

This product has good initial tack and adhesive strength, rapid curing at room temperature, good film formation, low humidity, and high stiffness. It is especially suitable for automatic machine or hand-to-surface bonding of high-middle-end color box flats, color boxes and corrugated boxes.

6, PVC adhesive

This product has the characteristics of fast bonding, high bonding strength, resistance to water, acid and alkali, and no mildew. Applicable to the bonding of PVC/cardboard, PVC/MDF, etc. It can also be used for the bonding of color box windows and films.

7,614 environment-friendly strong adhesive (water-based)

This product is non-toxic, no odor, no environmental pollution, high strength, fast curing. It is mainly used for edge bonding of food products such as food boxes, etc., and cigarette holder wrapper, joints, and seaming of cigarettes.

8,904 one-component composite adhesive (solvent type)

Suitable for soft packaging industry BOPP or PE polyester aluminum film 5PE, and BOPP pearl film 5PE interlayer adhesion.

9, 905 two-component polyurethane adhesive

For flexible packaging industry, polyester, nylon, polyolefin film, aluminum foil, vacuum aluminum coating and so on all have excellent adhesion.
