Control motor meter counter model: WJ11-CCDL-5L
The wheel meter counter (model: CCDL-5L-001A) is mainly used to measure the length of film, wrapping paper, wallpaper, cloth.
With LV2000 submeter meter, it has the following characteristics:
1. Data protection after power off Whether the power is turned off normally or suddenly, the counting device can automatically protect the data and save it for a long time. The original value is displayed after power on. The power-down protection chip does not require batteries and requires no maintenance.
2. Multiple preset functions preset length:
Use the keyboard on the panel to input the length (unit: meter). When the length counting device counts this length, it will output a control signal.
Preset advance:
Use the keyboard on the front panel to enter the advance (unit: m). When the length counting device counts "preset length-preset advance", it will output a prompt signal to inform the operator that the preset length is about to be reached. Please be prepared.

3. The metering coefficient is adjustable. The metering coefficient can be set according to the size change of the metering wheel and the slip coefficients of different wire diameters and different materials, thereby improving the metering accuracy.
4. Length. Linear speed two tables in one
LV2000 can display the line speed while counting the length, making it easier for users to understand the production status, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
5. A variety of sensors can be used. The device can use photoelectric switches or electromagnetic proximity switches as measurement sensors. The number of electrical pulses output by the sensor is proportional to the length. The electrical pulses are sent to the instrument and accumulated and calculated to obtain the length. Alarm and control signals are output when the accumulated length reaches the set value.
