The exact length of time required in the manufacture of printing equipment is given in terms of machine operation hours. According to past experience, it is generally 4 hours per week. Then, the running speed of today's sheet-fed offset printing presses has increased from 10,000 sheets per hour to 15,000 sheets or even 18,000 sheets, and many companies produce seven days a week, and work twice a day (12 hours per shift). In this way, 4 hours of repair time is obviously not enough. According to our understanding, in today's high-efficiency production printing workshop, the maintenance time of an eight-color printing machine must be allocated at least 8-10 hours per week.
In addition, for some major printing equipment, it is a very reasonable requirement to do a comprehensive printing quality test every 6 months. It is estimated that the life span of a folio sheet printing machine is 150-400 million printed sheets.
In terms of maintenance time, the most appropriate time should be the second edition of a weekend.

1. Specify an ss cleaning plan;
2. Put a large piece of paper in a conspicuous position on each device, let all crew members write down each question one by one, and sign the recording time;
