1 Introduction A large amount of gas is produced in the coking process, which is also called coke oven gas. Because the gas contains a large amount of naphthalene and tar, a large amount of naphthalene crystallizes out in the gas in winter and the tar is coked, causing blockage of the gas pipeline and affecting gas transportation. In order to solve this problem, an electric trap is added between the outlet of the coke oven and the gas pipeline to trap naphthalene and tar in the gas. Because the gas is flammable and explosive, if the oxygen content in the gas exceeds the standard, an unsafe accident will occur in the electric trap. Therefore, an on-line oxygen analyzer is installed on the gas pipeline. When the oxygen content in the gas reaches the upper limit set value, the interlocking system acts to cut off the power supply of the electric trap to ensure safety. 2 working principle
TR-9200 Gas Oxygen Analyzer is based on the principle of electrochemical measurement. The use of a completely sealed fuel cell oxygen sensor is one of the most advanced oxygen measurement methods in the world. The fuel cell oxygen sensor is composed of a highly active oxygen electrode and a lead electrode, and is immersed in the KOH solution. 3 Structure and characteristics The instrument is divided according to functions, mainly composed of 3 parts: sampling system, pretreatment system and analysis control interlock system.
3.1 Sampling system Complete the on-site collection, transportation and filtration of sample gas, and then send it to the pretreatment unit in the analysis cabinet. The sampling method adopts dry sampling, and the length of the sample delivery pipeline is not more than 25m.
3.2 Pretreatment system It is composed of patented sampling probe, mist filter assembly, stainless steel structure large-volume filter assembly, dehumidifier, special anti-corrosion suction pump, peristaltic drainage pump, fine filter flow controller, etc. Its function: complete the purification, dust removal, dehumidification, voltage stabilization and steady flow of the sample gas, and its filtration accuracy can reach 0.11-1. 3.3 Analysis control interlocking system TR-9200 analysis system adopts JNYQ-O-11 oxygen analyzer of Xi'an Joneng Instrument Co., Ltd. to complete the online continuous analysis of oxygen content of sample gas, and continuously output 4 ~ 20mA.DC signal. The oxygen analyzer has an alarm output contact, which can set the alarm and interlock value within the range. 4. On-site use of the instrument This set of oxygen analyzers has been put into operation on gas naphthalene removal devices in many domestic coking industries. 5 Existing problems and countermeasures (1) Whether the analyzer can run stably, the pretreatment system is the key.
