Analysis and countermeasures of common electrical faults during embossing

Several fault phenomena in letterpress printing are in the process of letterpress printing. Due to improper operation. Reasons such as poor mechanical commissioning, wear of equipment parts, and poor substrate materials often lead to various failures, which not only affects normal production, but also reduces product quality. Here I will analyze some common faults.

1. Paper skew failure

There are many reasons for paper skew. First of all, you should observe carefully to find out where the paper is skewed, and then adjust them in order according to the paper feeding order. Troubleshooting can be started from the following aspects.

(1) Check the flatness and tightness of the paper stack to see if the paper itself has uneven thickness, deformation due to compression depressions, and uneven height inequality caused by uneven elasticity, and then according to the existing problems, the paper stack is properly adjusted Beating and shaking, so as to avoid the paper skew caused by the late suction and late feeding of one side of the paper.

(2) Check whether there is adhesion on the four sides of the paper stack, whether the paper pressing block at the trailing part of the paper stack slides up and down flexibly, whether there is paper jam, and whether the rear paperboard is too tight, so as to take measures such as loosening the paper edge, cleaning the attached Adjust the paper pressure block or the rear paper block.

(3) Check whether the paper feeding nozzle is stable in lifting, translation, whether the height is consistent, and whether there is clogging, so that the paper feeding nozzle can be adjusted to remove jams such as paper scraps.

(4) Check the tightness of the conveyor belt, whether the joints of the conveyor belt are smooth, whether the pressure of the roller is appropriate, whether the steel sheet of the pressure tongue is too low, whether there are foreign objects on the conveyor board (such as loose screws), side regulations Whether the working status is normal, so as to make corresponding adjustments.

(5) Check whether the landing time and pressure of the front paper guide roller are consistent, whether the paper guide roller rotates flexibly, and make corresponding adjustments according to the existing problems.

2. Paper feed blank failure

The empty sheet is a common fault in the paper feeding process. There are generally two situations: continuous empty sheet phenomenon and continuous sheet feeding after one empty sheet. No matter what kind of empty sheet failure, you can check and adjust from the following aspects.

(1) Check if there is bow and wrinkle phenomenon on the paper surface, if the concave part of the bow and wrinkle is aligned with the nozzle, it will inevitably leak "break", you can tap the paper surface to change its unevenness, or turn the paper to print to make the flat Align the paper with the nozzle.

(2) Check the stack for unevenness. If the suction nozzle is low, it will inevitably not be picked up. You can use cardboard strips or other objects to properly heighten and stack the stack to make it meet the requirements of suction paper.

(3) Check whether the edges around the stack of paper are stuck. If there is foreign matter or water on the edge of the paper, or the paper cut with a blunt cutting blade, if the edge of the paper is easy to stick, it is difficult to suck the paper and empty sheets may appear. Shake the paper properly.

(4) Check whether the air blowing volume is too small, and the upper paper edge cannot be blown, so that the gap between the nozzle head and the paper surface is unsuitable and empty, and the method of adjusting the air blowing volume can be appropriately adjusted.

(5) Check whether the vacuum suction is insufficient or the suction nozzle is damaged or the suction tube is broken and leaks. You can take the unclogging of the pipeline and remove the blockage of foreign objects.

(6) Check whether the angle and height of the suction nozzle and the stack are appropriate, and adjust if necessary to make the paper surface and the nozzle head flat and meet the height of the stack of paper required by the suction nozzle.

(7) Check whether there is any discomfort in the position or angle of the separation brush and steel sheet, and adjust the brush and steel sheet appropriately according to the degree of paper hardness.

(8) Check whether the air pump is working properly, and check whether the suction power of the suction head is uniform. If the suction power is large and small, it means that the air pump has problems and should be repaired.

3. Double or multiple paper feed failure

(1) Double vacuum failure caused by excessive vacuum suction should check whether the vacuum suction force of the rubber suction nozzle is too large, or the vacuum suction force of the air pump itself is too large. For the former, you can choose a suitable rubber nozzle or not according to the thickness of the paper; for the latter, you should adjust the air suction to reduce the effect of not absorbing double or multiple sheets when printing thin paper.

(2) Double-sheet failure caused by insufficient blowing volume. The reason may be improper valve adjustment or failure of the air pump, causing blockage of the gas path and rupture of the pipeline, reducing the amount of air blown, and not being able to blow some paper on the surface of the paper stack, causing double or multiple faults. Should be checked one by one to exclude.

(3) Double-sheet failure caused by discomfort of the separation brush and steel sheet. The reason may be that the distance between the separation brush and the edge of the paper is too large or the length and angle of the steel sheet are not suitable. The position of the brush and the length and angle of the steel sheet should be adjusted to maintain the function of separating and loosening the paper.

(4) The suction nozzle is adjusted too low or the paper table is raised too high, causing double sheet failure. When the suction nozzle is too low and the distance from the paper stack is too small, it is easy to cause double sheets of thin paper; the paper table is raised too high, so that some paper on the surface cannot be blown loose, causing double suction. The distance between the nozzle and the paper table should be adjusted appropriately, and the speed of the paper table lifting.

In summary, as long as the operator strictly implements the production process in daily production, abides by the operating regulations, and scientifically and reasonably performs equipment maintenance and debugging according to the performance of the equipment and the characteristics of the substrate, performs necessary processing on the paper, improves the equipment and The printability of the paper can effectively avoid the occurrence of various failures.

PVC Slats Infilled Fence

A Privacy Fence is a type of fence that is designed to provide privacy and security to a property. It is typically taller and more solid than other types of fences.
Privacy fences are commonly used in residential areas to create a barrier between neighboring properties, blocking the view from outside and preventing strangers from easily accessing the property. They can also help reduce noise and provide a sense of seclusion.
Privacy fences are commonly used to enclose backyards, swimming pools, and other outdoor living spaces.
