Due to wear and tear, the cylinder jumped, and a white load appeared during the printing process. Phenomenon such as inaccurate overprinting directly leads to a decline in printing quality, making it difficult to guarantee customer requirements.

Causes of wear:

BB-type Gaussian will have a greater impact at the junction of the two rubber cylinder word gaps in printing. Vibration, due to printing pressure, own gravity and the centrifugal force of the cylinder operation, especially in the event of a sudden paper break (when the paper break protection fails), the cylinder continues to operate and generates a large number of paper rolls. The wall plate space rotates inside, rubbing against the wall plate space, causing wear and tear, and accumulating over time. As a result, the wall plate space expands irregularly. . The manufacturing materials, heat treatment process and poor lubrication of eccentric sleeves and wall plates will cause the wall plates to wear out.

Basic methods for repairing deformation

1: The basic principle of repairing the deformation of the fuselage wall space between each pair of spaces requires the coaxiality error of the two spaces, and the parallelism error between the two pairs of spaces must be controlled between 0.01-0.02mm.

2: Repair method and operation steps (taking Dongfang Gauss manual boring as an example)
There can be motor driven boring and manual boring. Based on the 2-3 version of the roll as a straight sleeve. The good wear of the wall plate is superimposed by the impact of several directions. . Repeat the measurement on the circumference according to the direction of the impact force, initially correct the empty center, and install the reference mandrel 1. The other mandrel 2 passes through the reference sleeve to be bored and is prepared to be fixed on the two sides of the wall plate to be bored, and is supported by the blue plate (fixed to death after correction). Use a dial indicator to measure the relationship between the reference rod 1 and the core rod 2, and adjust it so that the main and side bus values ​​are between 0.01-0.02mm. After positioning, measure the empty center again. If the above two parallelism error values ​​are not within the required range, it means that the coaxiality of a pair of empty is not between 0.01-0.02mm, and the empty center must be measured again. Make it within the required range, that is, boring.

3 Boring:
After the parallelism of the main side busbars has reached the required level, the flange plate on the mandrel 2 is fixed on the wall plate. Remove the mandrel 2 and the reference sleeve on the boring, and then insert the mandrel 2 with the boring tool holder. The boring is directly carried out by the support of Falan fixed on both sides of the to-be-bored. The boring is that the amount of feed per time is small and the speed of the tool is uniform.

4: After the end of boring, process a pair of sleeves with shoulders according to the empty size to achieve the intermittent tolerance of the sliding fit of the new boring. Install the sleeve and mandrel in the wall plate to measure the boring and reference empty The parallelism between the main busbars should be controlled within 0.01-0.02mm. If not, repeat the above steps.

After boring, replace the newly processed eccentric sleeve to reassemble the machine, replace other parts that need to be replaced, and finally carry out debugging for debugging.
