3. Production methods

Corrugated box manufacturing process is based on corrugated board processing methods to divide into: stand-alone, single-sided machine, production line in three ways. The quality of corrugated board produced due to different processes varies greatly. The products produced by the production line are used as the main export transport packages. The production process is shown in Figure 6-11-1.

4. Inspection

Corrugated box inspection standards: SN/T0262-93 "export goods packaging packaging corrugated box inspection procedures", inspection is divided into: appearance inspection, performance inspection and type inspection in three ways. The inspection of corrugated cartons for export goods is based on the same raw materials, the same structure, and corrugated boxes processed by the same process. The maximum batch size is 25,000.

(1) Appearance inspection: including light defects and heavy defects.

a. Light defects: signs, printing, indentation lines, knife edges, box nails, joints, twists, flaps, etc.

b. Heavy defects: inner size, thickness, moisture content, etc.

(2) performance test: including side pressure strength, burst strength, puncture strength, adhesive strength, anti-pressure strength and so on.

(3) Type inspection: stacking test, vertical drop test, etc.

5. Precautions

Corrugated boxes for export goods must be manufactured by a manufacturing company approved by the entry-exit inspection and quarantine agencies.
