In the past few years, we have done a lot of work in the traditional pre-treatment of steel drums, painting, cleaning and drying, baking and drying, and exhaust gas treatment:

First, the paint drying room is transformed from the original low-capacity, high-pollution, large-temperature fuel-type horizontal conveying and drying into a high-capacity, low-pollution gas-type vertical double-row, three-row or even four-row conveying oven. The main features are uniform baking temperature, no pollution in the drying tunnel, simple operation and low failure. At present, it has sold nearly 100 sets at home and abroad. At the same time of technological innovation, considering the production cost of steel drum production enterprises, two different forms of coal-fired energy-saving drying rooms were researched and developed. One is a drying room that uses concentrated heating, high-pressure air supply, and hot air circulation. Main features: energy saving, uniform baking temperature and low production cost. The other is a coal-fired tube radiation type drying room. Main features: energy saving, low production cost, but uneven baking temperature, more dust in the production workshop, easy to cause fire or explosion.

2. During the process of spraying and baking inside and outside the steel drum, a large amount of organic matter is volatilized. These toxic and harmful gases will seriously affect people's physical and mental health. Therefore, we have developed two different forms of exhaust gas processors. One is catalytic combustion exhaust gas treatment, which has low treatment temperature, low energy consumption, good treatment effect, and can be recycled after treatment. It has been adopted by most domestic users and has been sold to more than 60 domestic manufacturers. The other is direct combustion exhaust gas treatment, which has high processing temperature and high energy consumption, but the treatment effect is quite good, and the treated hot air can be recycled. This treatment has been adopted in Europe and North America and has been sold to 13 foreign manufacturers.

3. More than ten years ago, we started the research on the painting system of the spray booth, and the products were applied in the Nantong United Chemical Co., Ltd.. Due to the busy research of other projects, we neglected the innovative research on the painting system of the spray booth, and did not go deep into the project. market. 4. The steel drum cleaning line is our new project. The project has passed the technology transfer from relevant experts, and at the same time through our engineering and technical personnel to absorb and re-innovate, we believe that our steel drum cleaning line products will certainly be the national steel barrel industry. The traditional steel drum making process is to spray and dry the barrel first. However, a few years ago, the international production process of steel drums has a new idea, the steel drum substrate is first painted, printed, and then molded into barrels. In 2007, with the support and help of American Jinli Yangxing and European Steel (Italy) Co., Ltd., we organized engineers and technicians to take this issue to European Steel (Italy) Co., Ltd. and visited their steel drum production plant. At the same time, they learned in detail about their steel drum making process, and proposed the process lines and technical requirements for steel drum first coating, printing and post-forming barrel. According to our experience in the production of metal sheet tinplate printing coatings, food cans, beverage cans, aerosol cans, etc. are also first printed, coated and canned, and also subjected to rounding, flanging, ribbing, welding and other processes. The requirements for food cans, beverage cans, and aerosol cans are much stricter than those for 200L steel drums. However, the sheet material of the steel drum substrate is thick, large in area, heavy in weight, and strong in rigidity, which brings great difficulty to design and manufacture.

Through the hard work of our company's engineering and technical personnel, a new process of coating steel drums with low energy consumption and pollution is born. Products from feeders, coating machines, inspection stations, conveyors, drying rooms, exhaust systems, exhaust gas treatment systems, hot air recycling systems, cooling systems, unloaders, stackers, conveyors, electrical control and other parts composition. In June 2008, the product was applied in European Steel (Italy) Co., Ltd., which was the birth of the world's leading new technology for steel drum packaging.
