Novel corrugated paper production technology for honeycomb paperboard

With the development of a new type of packaging material, honeycomb paperboard, higher requirements have been put on the quality of corrugated paper used in honeycomb paperboard. We have developed a method that uses wheat straw pulp of imammonium-based method as the main ingredient, adding appropriate additives to produce the corrugated paperboard. The fracture index reaches 7.8mN·m2/g, the ring pressure index reaches l 6N·m/g (horizontal), and the fracture length reaches 6.0km or more.
