PET plastic bottle packaging using silk screen printing process

Recently, the US packaging manufacturer TricorBraun is using screen printing technology for the packaging of pet bottles for pet beauty products to enhance its environmental benefits.

According to the company's introduction, the new packaging uses custom cylindrical plastic bottles. The upper part of the plastic bottle has a line-waist “waist” at the top, which is made of discarded PET. All kinds of patterns on the plastic bottle body are screen printed, avoiding the traditional way of using glue labeling.

It is reported that the diameter of the plastic bottleneck of the pet beauty product is 28 mm, which is matched with a polypropylene-type disc-type sealing cap, and the opening cap is oriented in front of the package, which can make the product more convenient to use.
