Many manufacturers have failed to establish a correct market concept, especially the mainland enterprises still remain in the carton is the concept of transport packaging, the lack of sales and packaging market awareness, product quality is low, product quality is not high. In the process of advancing ISO9000 standards, only a few companies such as Chongqing Huaya, Changzhou Changfeng, Meiling Packaging, and Shanghai Huali have obtained ISO9000 certifications. Even these enterprises have internal management problems.
In addition, financial management, storage and transportation management, and material management are also very weak. The corporate leadership is always affable and has great arbitrariness.
