QZD series Automatic folder gluer mahcine consiste of three sections:vacuum feeding section,glue & folding section, counter & stacker section. All motors except frequency conversion motor adopt Taiwan motor. Frequency conversion motor with quality inverter adjust speed. PLC & Touch Screen control system for easy operation and running stable. The highest speed 130m/min, average speed 100 m/min. Energy Conservation and High Speed, Saving Labor Cost.
Feeding section:
-- Vacuum suction feeding to feed warping paperboard easily.
-- Quality electromagnetic clutch and brake adopted, feeding section controled independent, operation easily
-- Scorer wheel adjustanle,suit for 2-8mm thick paperboard
