The disadvantage is that it is not easy to do bending treatment or curved section processing, and the processing machinery is required to be high. The high quality imported particle board meets the highest European E1 standard and the formaldehyde content is less than 0.9mg/L.
2. MDF. The MDF is formed by powdered wood fiber by high temperature pressing, and the surface is flat. Due to its soft and impact resistance, the strength is high, the density is uniform after pressing, and it is easy to be processed. It is suitable for making plastic panels and baking varnishes. However, the disadvantage is that the water repellency is poor, the expansion rate is higher than the particle board, and it is easily deformed.
3, solid wood particle board. Solid wood particle board is a new type of high-grade environmentally friendly substrate, which is produced by the particleboard process. The density of solid wood particle board is relatively high, and the wood fiber particles in the board are larger, which retains the essence of natural wood. The content of solid wood particle board in the use of adhesive is generally less than 5%, and the environmental protection is better. In addition, its processing properties are as good as particleboard.
