Precautions

3. This machine uses 220 VAC power supply. Before use, the control switch must be placed in the "OFF" position, and the voltage regulator should be placed in the "0" position. After confirming that it is correct, the air switch can be closed. It is strictly forbidden to work when no one is present. Once the test is stopped, the control switch must be placed in the "off" position.

Instructions for use

First, connect the "normally open" and "normally closed" contacts of the test relay to the measured contact point of the instrument, and connect the action coil contact of the test relay to "AC output", "DC output", or "0---50A, 0---100A" high-current output terminal (Note: "AC output, DC output" can also output current.)

Then, use the voltage selection switch to select the test voltage range (when using "0---50A, 0---100A", the "voltage selection switch" can be placed in the AC position), and the voltage and current display switch is placed in the test request. The seat, for example: test AC voltage relay, should put "AC, DC" in "AC", "Voltage, Current" in "Voltage". (When "0---50A, 0---100A" is used, the standard ammeter should be connected externally, which is irrelevant to the display).

If: DC power supply must be placed in the DC gear, and the voltage connection is shorted according to the voltage requirements, otherwise, there is no DC power output.

The "hold, not hold" switch means that the instrument remains in the "powered state" when the test relay is in operation, and "does not hold".

1. Verify current relay:

2. Calibration voltage relay:

First, set the regulator to "0", the control switch is selected as "off", and the output voltage can be connected to AC voltage 0~440V (2.5A), 0-~220V (5A), 0-~110V (20A) Or the output voltage of the DC voltage 0--350V (3A) or 0--110V (8A), connect the test lead, connect the normally open contact of the relay to the "measured joint", and then close the air switch. Put the control switch in the "closed" position. At the same time, the stopwatch selector switch is placed in the opposite position of "normally open, normally closed". At this time, the buzzer is silent, then slowly adjust the voltage regulator to raise the voltage to the buzzer. The sound of the device indicates that the relay has been activated. At this time, the data displayed by the voltage and current meter is the operating voltage of the voltage relay. Then, the regulator is slowly reversely adjusted to reduce the voltage to the buzzer, and the data displayed by the voltage ammeter is displayed. Is the return voltage of the voltage relay. (If the AC voltage required for the test is lower than 10V, connect the test lead to the 0-50A (~15V) output terminal and connect it to an accurate meter).

3. Measure the operating time of the normally open and normally closed contacts of the relay:

First, according to the requirements of the tested relay, select the voltage or current according to the above method. At the same time, connect the relay coil to the corresponding output terminal, and connect the normally open or normally closed contact of the relay to the "measured contact". Close the air switch, put the control switch in the "closed" position, slowly adjust the regulator to the setting of the relay action, and then switch the control switch to the "off" position to de-energize the relay. Then: Place the stopwatch selector switch in the same position as the relay "Normally Open, Normally Closed". At this time, the buzzer sounds, and then quickly rotate the control switch in the "moving" direction. When the relay contact is closed or opened, the stopwatch stops counting, the stopwatch indicator lights, and the value displayed on the stopwatch is the normally open or normally closed contact action time.

4. Measure the return time of the normally open and normally closed contacts of the relay:

First, according to the requirements of the tested relay, select the voltage or current according to the above method. At the same time, connect the relay coil to the corresponding output terminal, and connect the normally open or normally closed contact of the relay with the "measured contact". The control switch is placed in the "closed" position, and the regulator is slowly adjusted to the setting value of the relay action. Then: the stopwatch selection switch is placed in the opposite position to the relay "normally open, normally closed", and the buzzer sounds.
