1, explosion-proof air conditioning installation site
1.1 The air conditioner can work normally under the following environmental conditions:
a. Atmospheric pressure 80 ~ 110KPa;
b. Ambient temperature: when cooling, indoor 17 ° C ~ 32 ° C, outdoor 18 ° C ~ 40 ° C, when heating, indoor not higher than 30 ° C, outdoor -7 ° C ~ +24 ° C;
c. Relative humidity of air: in the wettest month, the monthly average maximum relative humidity is not more than 90%; and the monthly average minimum temperature is not higher than +25 °C;
d. There is a hazardous gas mixture formed by combustible gas, steam and air in Groups IIA and IIB T1~T4, Zone 1 or Zone 2 hazardous sites;
e. Where there is no severe vibration and impact;
f. In a clean environment free from dust and water.
1.2 The air conditioner should be properly installed by qualified installation technicians according to the installation instructions in this manual.
1.3 Check the power supply voltage before installation and whether the environmental conditions are consistent with the requirements on the nameplate.
1.4 The installation location of the air conditioner should avoid the influence of bad environment such as oil smoke, heat radiation and humidity.
1.5 The installation location of the outdoor unit should avoid the direct infiltration of moisture, sea water, wind, rain, sun exposure, etc., and take precautionary measures if necessary.
2 Explosion-proof air conditioning circuit installation requirements and electrical principles
2.1 The air conditioner adopts copper core cable or steel pipe wiring, which should be installed and installed by the seller or qualified electrician.
2.2 The internal and external grounding terminals provided by the air conditioner should be reliably grounded.
2.3 If the power switch of the air conditioner is installed in the same environment, the corresponding explosion-proof products should be used.
2.4 Before using the air conditioner, it is necessary to turn on the power for at least 12 hours, and always turn on the power unless the air conditioner is not used for a long time.
2.5 Air conditioners are installed and wired according to the national standard GB3836.15.

4 Safety instructions for use of explosion-proof air conditioners
4.1 Please read this manual carefully before using this air conditioner. If you have any questions, please ask the seller for assistance.
4.2 Do not use the power switch to directly start or turn off the air conditioner. After connecting the power supply, use the opening key of the air conditioner to open and close the air conditioner.
4.3 Do not put things in the air inlet and outlet of the air conditioner, which is very dangerous.
4.4 Do not open the door or cover of the enclosure with electricity. Switch off the power switch before turning on inspection or maintenance.
4.5 The minimum outer diameter of the cable that introduces the explosion-proof electrical control box is Φ10, and it must be sealed with a sealing ring at the inlet, and the sealing ring of each cable introduction device should be replaced when it is deteriorated. The sealing ring material is XH-21, its Shore hardness is 45-55, and it is qualified according to the requirements of GB3836.1. When installing, be sure to press the sealing ring with a compression nut to ensure reliable sealing of the inlet device.
5 Explosion-proof air conditioning parts name
The air conditioner is composed of an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, and the indoor unit is an explosion-proof product. The outdoor unit is mainly composed of an explosion-proof electrical control box, a compressor, a heat exchanger, a four-way solenoid valve, a pressure switch and a fan (with a flameproof type motor).
