A series of adjustment methods for various parts of the labeling machine

Adjustment of brushing device
The center of the brush is aligned with the label and symmetrical on both sides, and perpendicular to the surface of the container. The overlapping gap of the pressure brush sweeping the container is: a single pressure brush is 10 mm to 15 mm, and a combined pressure brush is 5 mm to 10 mm. The position of the cleaning brush from the sponge is 1 mm to 2 mm. The bottle head should be 20mm lower when there is no bottle than when there is a bottle.
Label box adjustment
The center line of the standard box, the central axis of the standard station is tangent to the label paper, and the center axis of the standard board is three points in a line. The gap between the standard paper and the pressure bar on both sides should be between 0.8mm-1mm. If the gap is too large, the standard paper will be displaced in the standard box, and the slanted standard will appear; if the gap is too small, it will cause poor push.
Adjusting the position of the labeling box's grabbing hook: the upper, lower, and left grabbing hooks are on the same vertical plane and work evenly on the label paper, then the label can be grasped smoothly.
Adjustment of the label supply roller: When there is no label, the label pressing plate can be pressed to the front end of the label box and the label is installed, the label near the label hook finger cannot be crushed.
Adjustment of bottle-in star wheel, bottle-out star wheel, bottle in screw
When adjusting the inlet and outlet star wheels and the inlet screw, the pressure head of the marking machine shall prevail.
Adjustment of the bottle-in star wheel: when the bottle-pressing head just overwhelms the bottle, adjust the bottle-in star wheel so that the bottle is in the middle of the star wheel groove.
Adjustment of the screw rod for bottle feeding: The bottle feeding star wheel shall prevail. When the bottle is in the middle of the groove of the bottle feeding star wheel, adjust the screw rod so that the screw rod feeding side is close to the bottle without displacement.
Adjustment of the star wheel of the bottle: when the bottle pressing head has just been raised, adjust the star wheel so that the bottle is in the middle of the groove of the star wheel.
Adjustment of the bidding station
Adjustment of rubber scraper and rubber roller: There can be no gap between the rubber scraper and rubber roller in the entire length. If there is a gap, the rubber scraper can be adjusted by adjusting the eccentric bolt.
Adjustment of rubber roller and target board: The target board and the rubber roller are only in contact with each other without any pressure. If the gap is too large, there is too much glue on the target board, which will cause the glue to be thrown away; if the gap is too small and the contact is too tight, the glue will be squeezed away. Practice has proved that the gap between the target plate and the rubber roller is between 0.1mm and 0.2mm, which can be achieved by adjusting the bearing seat on the lower part of the rubber roller, and adjusting the bearing on the upper part of the rubber roller if necessary.
