Contactless Pocket Inspection Machine

The Seal-Scan Sealing Inspection Machine developed by PTI/Packaging Technologies and Inspection uses a one-step sealing inspection technology to detect the sealing defects of flat bottom bags and upright bags made of different materials. The detection process is complete without contact and does not require the addition of water and coupling materials, so there is no damage to the packaging and product. At the same time, the device also eliminates the need for sample preparation and detects invisible seals, reducing and eliminating potential defects in packaging and replacing manual inspections.
