Broccoli plastic film bag packaging storage technology

Broccoli can be stored for 14-15 days under the conditions of a temperature of 0° C. and a relative humidity of 90-95%. The present invention uses a plastic bag for packaging and storing broccoli.

After the cauliflower was harvested, the leaves were removed and stored in a 0.03-0.05 mm polyethylene film bag and filled with 250 g of cauliflower. The bag was sealed and stored at a temperature of 0.5±1°C to extend the storage period to 2-2.5 months. The flower ball is in good condition, the color is green, the green keeping index is more than 90%, and the flowering rate of the product is more than 95%. After two months of storage, the retention rate of vitamin C was over 80%, which was 2 times higher than that of the control.
