Rotary rubber disc inserter

The rotary rubber disc inserter operates at speeds up to 300 per minute. The rubber disc first enters into a star wheel and is then transferred to a main turret star wheel where the inserter inserts the container into the plate. Then they are transferred together to a unloading conveyor. Replacement parts can be easily removed.
