Two-color extrusion molding machine was introduced in Fuzhou

Recently, the two-color extrusion molding machine was successfully developed at Fuzhou Baochuang Machinery Technology Development Co., Ltd. This set of equipment can be directly produced with powdered calcium carbonate and powdered polypropylene raw materials, so it can reduce costs and produce better quality products.

The machine can use two different raw materials to produce double-color fast food boxes, the outer layer of recycled materials or cheap raw materials, or high calcium carbonate content of raw materials, the inner layer with food hygiene standards. Fully automatic extrusion molding, intelligent robotic advancement, automatic die-cutting stamping, full automatic continuous operation, no need for manual moulding and trimming, daily production of 120,000 degradable fast food boxes, can also produce bowls, cups and plates.
