Bamboo cement particle board manufacturing process

Using Meng Zongzhu as experimental material, the experiment of manufacturing bamboo cement particleboard by steam jet hot pressing method was carried out. The effects of process conditions such as ratio of water to cement, ratio of cement to bamboo on the material of the board were investigated, and the hydration promoter Na2SiO3 was applied. The effect of the addition rate of MgCl2 on the material and hydration of the board was investigated and analyzed.

The results are as follows: 1) For water health, the ratio of water to cement is in the range of 0.4-0.7, and the ratio has little effect on the material of the board; 2) the weight ratio of cement to bamboo affects the material of the board. In this experiment, under the condition of water to cement weight ratio of 0.6, the weight ratio of cement to bamboo is 2.6 to obtain a high ratio of high flexural strength; 3) in the range of 15% addition rate, with the increase of Na2SiO3 The cement's hydration reaction is increased and the material of the board is improved. In the case of the combination of Na2SiO3 and MgCl2, the hydration reaction of the cement which promotes the water in the water can be promoted more than the use of Na2SiO3 alone, and the strength of the board is improved; 4) The mechanical properties of the board are directly dependent on the hydration degree of the cement.
