First, the cleaning process

1, pre-wash

According to the requirements of the large-scale washing plant, the retention time of the material in the hot wash tank can not be less than 30 minutes, and the temperature can not be lower than 95 degrees. 3, rinse

The rinsing process has two functions. One is to float floating material, and the other is to wash away the adhesive agent attached to the bottle to ensure the quality of the bottle. Process flow: barrel washing machine (or rinsing tank) - 2-3 rinsing tank - dryer - fan. The quality of the rinsing effect is very much related to the first two processes. The first two processes do not work well, and the rinsing is no better than high-quality products.
