Precautions for using the ATP Fluorescence Detector
The ATP Fluorescence Detector is a precision test instrument consisting mainly of a sealing cap, a sealing tube and a cotton swab.
ATP Fluorescence Detection Swab Precautions
(1) The swab under cold storage conditions was allowed to stand at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
(2) Pinch the figure 2 with one hand and gently pull the sealing tube out of the other hand (do not pull the sealing tube directly!).
(3) Sampling with cotton head, evenly wipe the surface of the object, wipe it with a zigzag shape while rolling, wipe the area about 100cm2, or immerse it all in the liquid to be tested and take it out quickly. After the sampling is completed, the sealing tube is placed on it.
(4) Fold the sealing rod and squeeze the drawing 1 so that the solution contained therein flows into the liquid hole, all flow to the cotton head, and shake the bottom of the swab for about 3-5 seconds. (The swab after breaking must be placed in the instrument for detection within ten seconds)
(5) Quickly put the swab into the ATP fluorescence detector, and press the OK button to read it after 15 seconds.
