PS black sheet can be made into three index grade anti-static plastic trays, while the white anti-static index can only be done to the power of 9-11.

The first type: anti-static plastic tray (anti-static index 9-11 power) Under normal circumstances, the use time is about 3-6 months. However, the anti-static value is easily affected by the environment, air, temperature and humidity, reducing the anti-static service life. The unit price is lower than the semi-conductive and conductive materials. It is recommended for customers who have low requirements on the anti-static index and the service life is not long.

The second type: semi-conductive plastic tray (antistatic index 6-9 power) under normal circumstances, the use time is about half a year to about 1 year. The anti-static value is not affected by the environment, air, temperature and humidity, but because its price is comparable to conductive materials, and the anti-static index of conductive materials is more stable, the latter is established.

The third type: conductive plastic tray, also known as permanent anti-static tray (anti-static index 3-6 power) under normal circumstances, the use time is about six months to about 1-3 years, anti-static value is not affected by the environment, The influence of air, temperature and humidity.
