Spunbond technology of German Zimmer company

Zimmer company adopts the improved Docan production process. Its drawing process is characterized by the use of slit-extension positive pressure drawing and multi-plate multi-slit technology. The design of the NST nozzle used is very novel. Using raw materials such as PP, PET and PA, the fiber web is reinforced by needle punching or hot-melt bonding, and the products produced have many varieties, good uniformity, low cost and high production efficiency.
