Description
XPACK 2012HL Self Wound Aluminum Foil Tape is a polyester-foil (12 PET+ 20u Foil) backing, combined with a high performance solvent acrylic adhesive andprotected by easy release liner.

Storage And Useage  Conditions          
 From the date of production 24 months,stored in a cardboard box, the temperature 21 ºC, relative Humidity less than 50% of the environment.

Applied Technology
Adhesive strength depends on the extent of theadhesivebetween glue
and surface. Surfaces to which tape is applied should be clean, dry and free of grease, oil, moisture, dirt and other contaminants. Using some surface cleaners such as isopropanol, ethanol or heptanes.
The tape's ideal application for temperature range of 70-100ºF(21ºC to 38ºC).The tape is not recommended for use on a temperature below 50ºF(10ºC) surface. Because the adhesive becomes hard so stick force smaller.However, once properly applied,low temperature operation generally meet the requirements.
