They lack basic knowledge of pesticides, have poor safety awareness, and are prone to accidents. Some farmers will be more likely to bring about more hidden dangers in order to accumulate them and sell them as scrap to change their pocket money. They may even endanger the lives of their families. Due to the fact that pesticide containers are not handled in time, some unscrupulous people purchase these waste packagings at the lowest price. After simple processing, they are put back on the market and bring great harm to the safety of agricultural production.

To this end, the Taizhou City Party Committee of the Peasants and Peasants recommended that responsible units and responsible persons be identified to put waste pesticide bottle recycling operations on the agenda, one level at a time and push forward at all levels, initially forming a government-led, environmental protection lead, department linkage, and enterprises Participate in the work pattern; According to local conditions, decompose and implement relevant work, form a careful work plan, and refine it to all links and positions. Formulate work systems, improve assessment mechanisms, conduct regular professional assessments on various recycling outlets, establish recycling networks, do a good job of recycling, and constantly explore the long-term mechanism for the management of pesticide waste packaging; lead the environmental protection department to form an assessment and acceptance group. In-depth understanding of the recycling situation in townships and towns, through surveys and other forms to investigate farmers' awareness of waste packaging recycling and support. Based on the cultivated area of ​​each township and the amount of recycling provided by the pesticide distribution department, the township and townships are determined to complete the target situation, and the timely notification is made, and this work is included in the performance evaluation of the township team.
