1. Improper use of the card. For the convenience of many operators, the adjustment is not to turn the top of the micro-caliper, but to directly twist the middle of the caliper for adjustment, so that when measuring softer objects such as blankets due to different strengths, the error should be up to 2mm or more.
2. The operation procedure is violated when changing the version and the blanket. The backing paper is not measured. Only the number of the original backing paper is counted, and then the original number is replaced. The result is often wrong and unknown. Because: the basis weight of the original packaging liner may be different, such as 80g / m2, 100g / m2, etc .; the basis weight of the replaced liner may also be different; when the plate is changed, the paper may be pasted on the reverse side of the plate and be ignored, so even The replaced paper is exactly the same, and the printing pressure will be changed due to less paper loading, which will cause the overprint failure.
3. It is easy to make mistakes when measuring the distance between the rollers. â‘ The automatic closing pressure is used. Although the front gauge detection is disconnected, the machine will still be separated from the pressure when the pressure is stopped at the point of parking. Therefore, the measured data is likely to be the data of the semi-clutch state. ; â‘¡ When measuring with a fuse, the fuse used is too hard or the diameter is too large. Because the fuse does not rely on its softness and hardness to achieve the purpose of current safety, although the fuse of the same ampere may have different softness and hardness; â‘¢ The calculated thickness of the rubber lining should be 0.5 to 1 mm less than the actual lining , According to the specific printing situation, increase or decrease as appropriate.
No manual measurement can be very accurate. However, during the actual measurement operation, the operator should try to achieve the operation specification as much as possible to reduce the artificial measurement error.
