A baby in Chongqing puts his head into the baby carriage armrest
A child under the age of one in Chongqing Fuling carelessly stuck his head in a stroller, unable to move, stricken his family, and finally had to call the fire officers and soldiers for emergency relief.
More than two in the afternoon, the fire officers and soldiers arrived at the scene and saw a baby a few months old sitting in the stroller with his head stuck in the gap between the stroller's armrests and kept crying.
Since the handrail of the stroller was made of metal, the bare hands could not be opened at all. The fire officers and men decided to use a hydraulic dilator to expand the handrail that caught the baby's head. In order to prevent the baby's head from being shaken, firefighters and rescuers cautiously expanded little by little. After about a minute, the baby was successfully rescued.
