Most of the current supply systems are much simpler to add ink. Most of the continuous supply systems are filled with ink. Maintenance of the continuous supply system

1. Treatment of pipeline blockage

If you find that a color is completely broken (usually black) during printing, there may be a blockage in the ink supply line. Try to use a syringe to draw ink from the ink cartridge. If you find a large resistance when you draw ink. And when no ink flows into the syringe, it can be concluded that the line is blocked.

The blockage of the pipeline may occur at the ink outlet of the outer ink cartridge, the ink injection elbow of the inner ink cartridge, the ink supply hose, and the air filter of the outer ink cartridge, and may be inspected one by one. If there is any blockage, the ink outlet can be unblocked by the needle of the syringe; the ink injection elbow can be pulled out from the ink cartridge and cleaned with water; the foreign matter causing the blockage in the hose can be picked up with a pin or replaced with a new hose; air filter Can be washed with water.

2. Remove the air bubbles from the cartridge

It is difficult to avoid a small amount of air bubbles in the internal ink cartridge of the system, because there will be a small amount of tiny air bubbles in the ink, and a small amount of air bubbles will enter the ink cartridge from the print head. These bubbles will accumulate in the ink cartridge when the air bubbles When it accumulates to a certain extent, it will gradually foam the ink. In addition, if the position of the outer ink cartridge is low, the formation of the ink cavity foam is also accelerated. When the ink is foamed, it will cause irregular breaks, lack of color, and even printing.

To eliminate this type of malfunction, first remove the inner ink cartridge, then insert the tube head of the 50 ml disposable syringe tube (with the needle removed) into the ink outlet at the bottom of the inner ink cartridge, tilt the syringe tube slightly, and slowly withdraw the ink from the ink cartridge. Then, the ink is sucked from the external ink cartridge into the inner ink cartridge through the ink supply line, and enters the syringe tube through the inner ink cartridge. When the syringe tube is full, the ink in the syringe is injected into the external ink cartridge. The foamy ink will turn into liquid ink after about two hours. Thus, the ink is repeatedly sucked by the syringe until almost no foam is seen in the extracted ink. If you want to change color, be sure to wash the syringe with warm water.

3. Eliminate ink self-flow phenomenon

If there is a phenomenon of ink dots or color crosses on the printing paper during printing, or the ink remains on the edge of the paper, there is always ink on the paper feed roller of the printer. Generally, it can be concluded that the ink has self-flow phenomenon.

Usually, the internal ink cartridge of the continuous supply system will have some residual air after filling the ink. The air is suspended at the top of the ink cartridge to form a siphon breakpoint. If the inner ink cartridge is filled with too much ink, the ink supply line is integrated with the print cartridge. Since there is no siphon breakpoint, the ink will slowly flow under the action of the siphon effect. In addition, if the position of the external ink cartridge is too high, the ink in the ink supply line will flow by gravity.

If there is a problem of ink flow, first check the position of the external ink cartridge. If it is too high or too low, place the external ink cartridge on the same level as the printer! If it is not the fault caused by the position of the outer ink cartridge, the inner ink cartridge can be removed. The ink-filled elbow is unplugged and placed high (note: do not lower it, or the ink will flow out of the elbow). Next, let the printer work. After printing 5 to 10 A4 photos, insert the elbow into the inner ink cartridge. Since a certain amount of ink is consumed in the inner ink cartridge, a siphon breakpoint can be formed in the cartridge, and the printer can resume normal operation.

Tip: If there are many residual ink stains in the paper feed path, you can find a color inkjet paper, moisten the paper surface with alcohol, and then press the paper feed button on the printer to make this paper soaked with alcohol. If the printer is not used for a long time, be sure to store the printer and the system in a cool, dark environment to avoid ink drying and oxidation.
