First, the appearance of revised stickers

The main body of the revised sticker is an ultra-thin PS plate made of special hydrophilic material with a thickness of only 35 μm (a diameter of one hair is about 70-80 μm), and the upper layer is a photosensitive layer. The middle layer is a layer of environmentally-friendly water-based adhesive coating used for pasting, gray (observed when cutting is convenient), and is unique in its ingenuity. This adhesive layer is not coated in one piece. The coating shape is a small square of 4.8mm x 4.8mm. The blank distance between each square is 1.2mm. The function of the adhesive layer is to bond with the PS plate. The blank space is used as the cutting boundary, so that the modified version does not contain glue around (the surrounding glue is the black mark when the machine is printed, this is where the mystery lies); the bottom layer is a release film, the role is to protect the Dry adhesive layer and tear off convenient.

Second, the specific use of the operation

1. Place the side-edge characters that need to be pasted vertically, with a distance of 6mm from the center of the word, and then output the sulfuric acid paper and cut the entire block;
2. According to the size of sulfuric acid paper cut a revised version of the paste, when cutting attention should be cut along the blank line of the revised paste, do not cut in the gray plastic;
3. According to the conventional method of printing, washing, coating protective plastic, printing time can be slightly adjusted according to the specific circumstances;
4. Put the revised version upside down, underlay a smooth plastic plate (plastic ruler), then use a sharp blade to align with the middle of the white line. Use a small hammer to gently tap the modified plate and cut it into small pieces. The cutting method can ensure that the incision is smooth and does not mark when printed;
5. Wash the plates that need to be changed on the machine and dry them, then glue them with modified cut-outs, press them flat, and wipe them with a cleaning fluid to print.

Third, the use of benefits assessment

The revised version was affixed to our factory and was well received by the various processes. The printing version: Each combined single-sheet only had one version, and the modified version was tanned at the same time, saving labor, avoiding the pains and multiple times of sulfuric acid paper making several times. Four in the ointment

The revised sticker is a bit higher on the lithographic plate. When the machine's ink roller is under heavy pressure, or when the machine is overwound and the ink roller is shaking, it is easy to get dirty. In addition, the ink that is too thin is not suitable. Five prospects
